2. Regular sessions
We meet on a regular cadence, biweekly or monthly, whatever works. Each session is focused on what matters most to you right now. Code reviews, architecture discussions, career strategy, interview prep.
3. Async support
Between sessions, you can reach out with questions, share code for review, or bounce ideas off me. You're not waiting two weeks to get unstuck.
