I go through the codebase, the architecture, the deployment pipeline, and the infrastructure. I'm looking at code quality, security, scalability, and operational risk. Not just style nits.
3. Prioritized report
You get a clear report: what's good, what's risky, and what to fix first. Then we do a follow-up session where I walk you through everything and answer questions.
