Production Readiness Audit
Your AI-built SaaS works. But is it production-ready?
Built with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Claude, freelancers, or a fast starter kit? I review your app's auth, billing, deployment, secrets, database, observability, backups, and infrastructure, then give you a clear launch-readiness report and hardening plan.
And if you'd rather not fix it alone, I can stay on afterward as a hands-on partner or interim CTO and help you ship it.
Production audits start at $999 / EUR 999.
The MVP works. Production is the scary part.
- Your demo works locally, but production is different.
- Auth may work, but authorization and tenant isolation may not.
- Stripe checkout may work, but webhooks, retries, and failed payments may be fragile.
- Secrets may be scattered across local files, dashboards, and code.
- Logs, backups, restore, monitoring, and rollback may be missing.
- AI-generated code can move fast but often leaves hidden production risks.

- Multi-tenancy and data isolation
- Database schema, migrations, and backups
- Secrets and environment handling
- Stripe, billing, and webhook reliability
- Email delivery and transactional flows
- Background jobs and queues
- Error tracking, logs, metrics, and alerts
- Deployment, staging, rollback, DNS, TLS, and CDN
- Infrastructure costs and failure points
- Security footguns and launch blockers
- Operational runbooks
What you get

- Risk-ranked written report
- Launch / do-not-launch-yet verdict
- Prioritized hardening roadmap
- 60-minute walkthrough call
- Estimate for a hardening sprint if needed
- Optional course/checklist access as reference material

How it works
1. Apply
Tell me what you built, where it is deployed, and what worries you.
2. Fit check
A short call to confirm whether an audit makes sense for your app.
3. Audit
I review the repo, app, and deployment, then write the report.
4. Harden
If needed, we scope a sprint to fix the critical issues.
I am a software engineer who has spent years shipping and operating production SaaS. My bias is not toward shiny demos. It is toward boring, reliable systems: deployment, secrets, backups, auth, billing, logs, queues, runbooks, and recovery. Those are the parts that decide whether your app survives real users.
The audit is usually where we start, not where I disappear. If you want someone in your corner after that, I can stay involved: reviewing changes, steering architecture, acting as your interim CTO, or just being on call when something breaks and you need a senior person to figure it out with you. As much or as little as you need.

FAQ
Do I need a specific stack or framework?
No. I work with whatever you already built: the common JS/TS, Python, Rails, and Go stacks and the usual hosts. The audit adapts to your setup.
Can you harden my existing stack?
Yes. I can harden your existing stack or recommend a migration when it is the better long-term move.
Do you rebuild apps?
A rebuild may be recommended if the app is too fragile, but the audit always comes first so the decision is based on evidence.
Is this security or compliance certification?
No. This is a practical engineering review, not legal, compliance, or formal security certification.
How long does an audit take?
Typically 3–7 business days depending on scope and how quickly I get access.
What access do you need?
Usually the app URL, repo access, deployment details, an env/secrets inventory, logging/monitoring access, and billing flow details.
Can you help after the audit?
Yes, and most founders want exactly that. After the audit I can stay on as a hands-on partner or interim CTO: hardening sprints, monthly support, release help, or just being the senior person you call when a decision is bigger than your team's experience.
Why not just buy a course?
A course is useful reference material, but the audit gives specific findings for your actual app: what is risky, what blocks launch, and what to fix first.
